Le Progrès - Gauthier Delon
For Gauthier, movement is more than training—it’s a tool for feeling good, living better, and reconnecting with your body.
With certifications from Australia and France, he combines street workout, running, and functional movement to create sessions that are powerful yet approachable, no matter your starting point. His method emphasizes sustainable progress, body awareness, and enjoyment.
